Pr\u00e1v\u011b v dermis se mezi ostatn\u00edmi bu\u0148kami nach\u00e1z\u00ed melanocyty. Bu\u0148ky, kter\u00e9 jsou schopn\u00e9 tvo\u0159it ko\u017en\u00ed pigment neboli melanin. D\u011bje se to pod vlivem slune\u010dn\u00edho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00edch l\u00e1tek, kter\u00e9 mohou vch\u00e1zet t\u0159eba z mozku. Melanin se v t\u011bchto bu\u0148k\u00e1ch vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed z tyrosinu, co\u017e se aminokyselina nach\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed se v mnoh\u00fdch b\u00edlkovin\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 b\u011b\u017en\u011b p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1me v potrav\u011b. Pigment se pak n\u00e1sledn\u011b produkuje do http:\/\/web.mestanska-beseda.cz\/za-oponou\/pro-frantiska-cerneho-je-plzen-zajimava-z-nekolika-duvodu.aspx  vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch vrstev k\u016f\u017ee, kde zaji\u0161\u0165uje tmav\u0161\u00ed zbarven\u00ed. Ty se od sebe odli\u0161uj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdm odst\u00ednem, proto n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 maj\u00ed poko\u017eku v\u00edce do oran\u017eova, n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed v\u00edce do r\u016f\u017eova. Pokud by melanin chyb\u011bl \u00fapln\u011b, nap\u0159\u00edklad pokud jsou melanocyty defektn\u00ed, vznik\u00e1 tak zvan\u00fd albinismus. K \u010demu je n\u00e1m tedy melanin dobr\u00fd? Kdy\u017e se vystavujeme slune\u010dn\u00edm paprsk\u016fm, spolu s nimi n\u00e1m na k\u016f\u017ei dopad\u00e1 tak\u00e9 UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed. Toto z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed je nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 pro DNA na\u0161ich bun\u011bk. Vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed v nich zlomy a dal\u0161\u00ed mutace, tak\u017ee na z\u00e1klad\u011b jeho p\u016fsoben\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt ke vzniku rakoviny a dal\u0161\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f. Pr\u00e1v\u011b melanin pohlcuje toto z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed a sni\u017euje tak jeho \u00fa\u010dinky. Akutn\u00edm probl\u00e9mem je pak sp\u00e1len\u00ed od slunce, kter\u00e9 mnohem v\u00edce postihuje lidi s bledou k\u016f\u017ei ne\u017e ty, kte\u0159\u00ed si u\u017e na slune\u010dn\u00ed paprsky zvykli. Je ale d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 to s opalov\u00e1n\u00edm nep\u0159ehnat a spr\u00e1vn\u011b se na n\u011bj p\u0159ipravit. Typick\u00fdm probl\u00e9mem je t\u0159eba vysu\u0161en\u00ed k\u016f\u017ee, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1sledn\u011b m\u016f\u017ee tvo\u0159it \u0161upinky, odloup\u00e1vat se a sv\u011bdit.
