The historical centre is within 10
minutes reach by the underground. The Kobyliske namesti station
is located just 200m from the hotel. An underground station of
line C (Kobylisy station) is 2 minutes from the hotel. You can
also easily get to the hotel from the international road of E

CZK, 5-8 persons 960 CZK). Tickets must be purchased from driver
before departure.
Public transport, Bus 119 to DEJVICKA Station, then change
Metro Line A to MUSEUM station, then change to line C:
to TROJA and APOLLO HOTEL Kobylisy station
Tickets for public transport (12 CZK) can be bought in the
newspapers stands.
Taxis can also be taken from the airport without reservation. We
recommend you special Airport Taxi. Price should not exceed 900
CZK.

TOURIST PROGRAMME
GRAND CITY TOUR – A DAY IN PRAGUE
Thursday June 23, 2005, 10.15 a.m. or 2.15 p.m., 3 1/2 hours,
price 25 EUR
During the Grand City Tour you get the general impression of the
„Golden City“, completed by walks and inside visits. By bus, you
pass the State Opera, the National Museum, Wenceslas Square with
the St. Wenceslas Statue, and then get all the way to the Prague
Castle district. Here you enjoy a walking tour, pass by the
Archbishop Palace, you visit St. Vitus Cathedral, the Royal
Palace and the Golden Lane. Then you continue by bus, across the
Vltava river to Parizska Street passing through the Jewish
Gheto. The tour finishes at the Old Town Square surrounded by
the Old Town Hall with the famous Astronomical Clock, Tyn
Cathedral and St. Nicholas church.
A COFFEE BREAK ON THE RIVER
Friday June 24, 2005, departure 2.00 p.m. or 3.45 p.m., 1 1/4

During your visit to Prague you should not miss the unusual
opportunity of taking our boat cruise along the Vltava river.
From the Republic Square or the Old Town Square our bus will
take you to the pier. The cruise will last one hour and from the
boat you will enjoy beautiful and charming views of Prague
Castle and Charles Bridge. On board you will be served coffee
and cake to make your trip even more pleasant. The tour ends at
the pier abut 5-minute walk from the centre of the city.
KUTNA HORA – UNESCO TOWN
Friday June 24, 2005, departure 9.30 a.m., 5 hours tour, price
30 EUR
This half-day tour takes you approx. 65 km from Prague to Kutna
Hora, the ancient silver-mining town, founded in the 13th
century, full of splendid Gothic monuments. The walking tour
through the town includes a visit of the St. Barbora’s Cathedral
with its valuable paintings and the former Royal Mine that once
produced Prague groschen. Up to our days Kutna Hora still
presents itself as a medieval town.
KARLOVY VARY SPA / KARLSBAD
Saturday June 25, 2005, departure: 9.30 a.m., a day tour, price
50 EUR
Please accept our invitation to a trip to Karlovy Vary, the
world-famous spa, founded in 1358 by Charles IV. This tour
begins with the exhibition in the Moser glass factory, followed
by a typical Czech lunch in the famous hotel Thermal. Afterwards
you will have time for a walk around the city centre. Before
returning to Prague, you can also enjoy an open-air swimming
pool in the hotel with natural thermal water. So do not forget
to take your towel and swimming suit with you!

CESKY KRUMLOV – UNESCO TOWN
Saturday June 25, 2005 departure: 9.15 a.m., a day tour, price
50 EUR
This tour shows you the charming South Bohemian countryside,
full of little villages and ponds, and reaches the medieval town
of Cesky Krumlov. The castle is the second largest one in the
Czech lands (after the Prague Castle). You will see interiors of
this splendid castle as well as the old town with romantic lanes
and newly reconstructed houses.
