The Congress and Exhibition will take place at the DIPLOMAT
HOTEL****, situated inside the city of Prague, close to the
Prague Castle, not far from the Prague airport. The underground,
bus and tram network provide easy connections from Congress
place to the airport and all parts of Prague.
MEETING LANGUAGE
The working language of the Meeting is English. No translation
will be provided during the whole length of the conference.

TRANSPORT FROM THE AIRPORT
Public Transport:
Diplomat Hotel a Masarykova Kolej Hotel by Bus Number 119 to
Dejvicka Station, than 1 minutes walk (ticket 18 CZK).
Krystal hotel by Bus Number 119, to the "Divoka Sarka" Station,
than tram Number 20 or 26 to the "Nad Dzbanem" Station (ticket
26 CZK).
Tickets for public transport (18 CZK or 26 CZK) can be bought
in special distributors or newspapers stands.
CEDAZ, a private Taxi Company,

offers transports from Airport to the hotel every day from 05h00
to 24h00.
Transport to any place of customer's wish: 1-4 persons /center
of Prague: 480 CZK, otherwise up to 8 persons to any place in

CONDITIONS
1. Use enclosed Accommodation Form to order the accommodation.
2. Accommodation Form has to be signed by you and sent by fax or
by e-mail to the TERIS a. s. company.
3. For guarantee your reservation we need the credit card
details (see Accommodation Form).
4. TERIS, a. s. will handle your reservation and will send you
the confirmation directly.
5. Payment of your accommodation will be done in EURO (or CZK)
at the registration desk of meetings in the Diplomat hotel.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
1. Your accommodation in Diplomat hotel will be guaranteed by
TERIS up to February 15, 2008. Later request will be confirmed
according to vacant space.
2. Cancellation of the hotel reservation has to be made in
writing to TERIS, a. s. company before March 15, 2008.
3. If you will cancel your hotel reservation after March 15,
2008 or cancellation will not be done by you, you have to pay of
one night accommodation price. The invoice will be sent on your
company or withdrawn from your credit card.
